MyInfo is one of the easiest and light-weight applications I've seen for information management. As an avid Roleplaying Game Master, I have to keep track of a huge amount of information; City names and descriptions, details about each player's character & their personality developments, places they've gone and places they're going, plot developments, the list goes on and on. MyInfo gives me an easy way to track this information in one, easy to navigate application.

The tree system makes it a snap to store and reference information by chapter, event or organization. And the ability to export helps me to upload the information to my web site for easy reference by my players. With a solution for pre-game, in-game and post-game planning, MyInfo helps to cut down on a slew of organizational overhead, allowing me to focus more on my players and my personal creativity.

I am a writer and historian, and have used a variety of outliners and data managers in my work for more than 20 years, starting with the CP/M programs KAMAS and Out-Think.

For the past ten years or so, I have relied on the powerful, but orphaned, outliner ECCO, and the free-form database AskSam as my main tools. However, I've continued to investigate alternatives, testing numerous programs. Until now, I have not found one to meet my needs. Now I have.

After only two weeks of the trial period, I was delighted to purchase MyInfo. It has already become my new daily companion. The feature set is rich and powerful, but easy to use. The interface is simple, yet flexible. The ability to open several topics simultaneously in different tabs is especially useful to me.

In the past I was looking for a tool to manage my information. I downloaded hundreds of similar programs, but none convenced me 100%.

When I [was about] to quit my search, I found MyInfo. First I download the demo version but immediately I saw that it will do a lot for me and brought [the registered version] almost after few minutes of use.

Now, I have tons of information. Everything of importance I write in MyInfo (meetings, information, tips, etc).

After years of working with [competitor tool], I made the switch to MyInfo. Partly because of [competitor tool's] pricing, lack of support, and lack of any evaluation downloads. One of the main things I was missing in MyInfo was the ability to search all open files, and had thought of requesting to see if that was being considered. Before I got a chance to do that, I got notice of the update which included this very feature. Cool...

I have been meaning to congratulate you for your excellent MyInfo product. You have been persisent and skillful in developing this product, and it has become one of the best tools now available for collecting, organizing and recalling almost any type of unstructured information.

When I first discovered your early efforts with MyInfo I was looking for an outlining tool such as the old and extinct ThinkTank, Grandview, and Augment. I feel that you have positioned MyInfo now as a worthy replacement for the former leaders in this important information organzing category.

I was glad to see that you have begun to describe the uses of MyInfo on your website. I recall that the former tools I mentioned were used by those few knowledge users who both needed and comprehended the power of tools such as GrandView.

It seems that it will be up to Milenix to connect with and market to the old users such as myself, as well as the much broader, untapped market of new users who are as yet unfamiliar with the power of such tools, and MyInfo in particular.

Again congratulations on developing MyInfo into the excellent tool that it has now become.

I have used MyInfo since version 1.0 and it just keeps getting better. I love the latest release, version 3, which has all the features you could want. I depend on MyInfo to keep track of a vast amount of information and highly recommend it. Once you start using it, you realize how valuable it is, and I wonder how I ever managed without it. I use it for personal and business information such as contacts and addresses, IP's, passwords and even have all my credit card cancellation numbers in one easy spot in case I lose a card. With MyInfo I never lose track of information or dig through files and papers looking for important information. Keeping it in one easy spot just makes sense.

I have played with IE "note programs" and found that MyInfo V3 blows the other IE "note takers" out of the water - it not only allows you to keep links to valuable Websites, but also allows you to keep YOUR OWN notes, thoughts, and other links as well. For any serious "Information Gather", MyInfo simply makes it all work seamlessly and with no effort! I have a rating that I give friends and such on programs with 5 being the "Best" --- MyInfo gets the 6!
