What's New in MyInfo 4Spell CheckingMyInfo 4 has a fully fledged spell checker. It offers spell-as-you-type spelling, additional dictionaries for all major languages and it actually learns from you, so if you make the same mistakes multiple times, it will make more intelligent suggestions. 
Formatting in the TreeIn MyInfo 4 you can format the appearance of any single document in the tree. You can change fonts, sizes, colors, font effects (bold, italic, underline), and even their background color. In addition, the formatting is preserved when you export the topic to a Word file or just want to print it! 
Revamped InterfaceThe new “tree views” give you a fast access to the "Filter" and "Tags" features. If you click for example on the Tags view, you will see a tag cloud of all available tags in the topic. Click on a tag and like in MyInfo 3, the program will display all documents containing that tag in the Filter view. 
The other prominent change in the main window interface is the position of the topic tabs. Now they are above the tree, right below the toolbars. This does not only comply with all other Windows applications user interfaces, but also makes switching between topics significantly faster. Improved FiltersMyInfo 4 has more powerful filters. You can now group the results by an attribute and select how to sort the results. 
Your Own State IconsMyInfo 4 will include over 40 new state icons. In addition, you can now add your own state icons and customize the state icons context menu. 
Customize Keyboard ShortcutsYou can now assign custom shortcuts to any MyInfo command. This is very convenient, if some of the existing shortcuts are in conflict with some other applications on your computer or if you want to have a quick access to command, which has no default shortcut. 
FavoritesIf you want to have a quick access to your favorite documents, topic and filter, you can easily bookmark them in MyInfo 4. 
USB/flash Drive Install (Pro only)*You can install MyInfo 4 on a portable drive like a flash or thumb drive. *: This feature is available only in the Professional edition of MyInfo 4. Delimited Text (CSV) Export (Pro only)This plugin allows you to export all documents and their attributes a Microsoft Excel (c) compatible format, where you can analyze them. 
Save Local Copy of a Web PageNow in addition to embedding any type of files in your topics, you can embed whole web pages.
